Interested in keeping yourself and others active in your community?

Kirklees Sport and Physical Activity Development Team help inactive people to become more active through Sport and  Physical Activity. They offer training to support volunteers in their local community. They are currently offering the following free training to Volunteers:

WALK LEADER TRAINING

MOVEMENT AND  GAMES IN A CHAIR (MAGIC ) TRAINING

Movement and Games in a Chair is aimed at people wanting to improve their mobility and memory.  Once you have completed the training you could lead or support one of the MAGIC classes which run in several fire stations or leisure centres across Kirklees.
